A BIT ABOUT PRETORIANUS
VENI VIDI VICI
I began training by myself in the gym when I was younger. I found a love for this and eventually it became by passion and purpose.
I come from Rome, where the civilisation was built on physical performance, ruthlessness and courage – think Gladiators, Centurions and The Roman Empire. This is just as much a mindset as anything else. My goal is to use this mindset to help others to achieve things they never thought they could. This could be muscle growth, strength improvement, nutrition knowledge or weight loss etc. I want my clients to feel proud of themselves and confident in their bodies.
My words to live by are Commitment, Passion, Strength and Honour.
If you have a fitness goal that you don’t know how to reach, I will go the extra mile to help you get there – together.

Salad are often one of the highest calorie menu item, examples apple salad with chicken has 570 calories and a big mac has 563.

Fact: ration of protein, carbohydrates and fats are also important. The key is controlling and manipulating insulin level.
